My shoes came very quickly and I am in love with them! I love how bright they are and they are extremely comfortable. I just started an intense workout program and I haven't bought running shoes in years because I play basketball year-round and only buy basketball shoes so I didn't have an idea of which ones to buy, but these were perfect. I'm a size 8 and the 8s felt a little tighter than I would have liked, but they are fine with thin socks. Other than that, they are lightweight and my feet don't hurt after a workout like they usually do. :)

These shoes are awesome!! My experience with these have been great. These Nikes are considered training shoes NOT running. They are great for lifting weights, any type of pressing exercise or quad & leg workout. They are true to the size and very light on your feet. Where as some Nikes are heavy on the feet and feel like weights. Highly recommended for those who train in the gym on a regular basis.

I used to love the Nike Free training line. I have very low arches and I do a lot of aerobic training. I am constantly jumping, moving around fast, etc. These newest Free's were just not at all working for me though. First, even though I purchased the same exact size as my last pair, the shoes were way too narrow at the toe. When I sized up, the toe fit but then the shoe was way too wide at the back of the foot/ankle. It would gape when I would step. I am very sad that they changed the design and that I can no longer wear this line. Zappos was great about my return though. Here's hoping the next design for Free's go back to the way they used to be.

I LOVE these shoes! I was a couple weeks into P90X3 and noticed my ankles and knees were starting to hurt really badly. I had been using a running shoe during all of the workouts, and was advised to get a training shoe because they are better suited for jumping around and moving side-to-side. So I got these and the pain in my ankles and knees was gone with in days! Best choice I've made for myself this far! The colors look even better in person, the shoe is very light for jumping around, and the toe box is a bit narrow, but I prefer that in a training shoe.

When I first got these shoes I thought they looked great, love the dark raisin color combination. But when I first wore them to workout I hated how they felt compared to my previous pair of Nike crosstrainers and almost sent them back. I'm glad I didn't because once they were broken in I absolutely love them, they are so light and comfortable it's like wearing nothing on your feet. I wear these shoes to do indoor workouts, cardio, weights etc. and they are perfect.

Just a quick caveat: I bought the white pair for indoor training and not running. They don't make your feet look bulky, and I think the 5.0s look even better than the Frees I had from 2012. I love the minimal look of the white style and the fit is great. I ordered a 7.5 - the same size I previously had and what I typically wear. However, I think I could have gone down to a 7 and if I were running, probably would have ordered both to see which was best. You don't want your foot shifting too much.

I have three pair. I love them. I can wear Nike Free Fit 2 and Free Fit 3 black/black/black to work. Now the latest styles have the white or colorful strip and bottom. That will not work. Please add back all black. My three pairs are wearing thin. I am waiting...
