Thanks. That's just Plastidip. 2 light coats and 2 heavier coats. Then 3 coats of glossifier. I've seen other people dip their wheels and have them hold up well enough. I guess we'll see.I like the yellow/black combo . What type of paint did you use? Did you plastidip them..spray paint ?

okay good to know... do you think you might go full blackout ..emblems? exhaust tips? wrapped roof? I saw somewhere that a full blackout mustang is coming as an option for 2016Thanks. I have the emblems, mirror caps, and diffuser blacked out completely. I'm on the fence about the tips. I have the roof accent stripes on right now. I'm considering either going for the hood spears to match or getting the roof wrap instead. A full black out would definitely be a sweet option.

I did the same minus the glossifier. Really like the way it turned out! I wouldn't do the tips, the temperature might get to high for the dip.

I've plastisiped my wheels on my Dodge Ram when I had it, held up wonderfully during the crappy winter NY had last year especially with all the salt they threw down. I've also plastidiped my exhaust tip too on my 5in exhaust tip and not one problem with either. Might just have to touch up some spots after a year.

Thanks! I've actually removed them since I took this picture. Had to get the dealership to reapply glasscoat. I haven't decided if I will redo the fender stripes or not. That looks awesome with those fender stripes!

Either way, nice looking car. Definitely flows better with your black accents than that OEM gray color would. Thanks! I've actually removed them since I took this picture.
